Specialising in: CHW systems, Medical and Laboratory gasses, PC3 and QC3 laboratories, fume cupboards and biohazard cabinets, isolation and negative pressure containment rooms, Occupied building retrofits, Smoke Spill systems, water treatment services, ductwork manufacturing, drafting and Service and Maintenance.
Manufacturing Workshop
United have a fully operational sheet metal workshop which manufactures ductwork for United's projects and other Mechanical Services contractors. With United's ability to manufacture high volumes of ductwork in-house and through our relationships with local ductwork manufacturers, United have the ability to produce ductwork on time for projects of any scale.
Mechanical Drafting
Utilising REVIT, the latest in Mechanical drafting software, United offer full drafting services to our clients from workshop drawings, as-constructed drawings and O&M Manuals.
Service Centre
United take a very personal approach to all maintenance's to ensure that our clients get the very best value for money. United works with a tablet based computer software package, allowing our technicians to receive job orders whilst in the field.
Our staff pride themselves in not only addressing air conditioning and Mechanical Service’s system issues, but to also address tenant’s personal comfort issues through building tuning, air balancing or adjustments to BMS.
